Cut Chicken into strips
Add Seasonings Marinate for 20 minutes
Prepare Sauce and set aside
Heat Wok or Frying Pan and Add OIL**
Add chicken stir fry until color changes REMOVE
ADD OIL**
ADD garlic and ginger stir fry breifly Add Mushrooms bamboo shoots and water chestnuts stirfry breifly Stir Sauce ADD in Middle of pan Stir Until Thick

Serve Over Rice
