Ingredients
1 cup Orzo Pasta1 Tablespoon Parsley (fresh or dried)1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic or 1 Clove Garlic, chopped2 Tablespoons Olive OilHandful of chopped fresh cloves1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and put into a large bowl. Add parsley, garlic, olive oil, chives and salt. Mix all ingredients well and serve immediately.
