Summer Salad

Ingredients
1/2 Fresh Peach - sliced1/2 cup Nonfat Cottage Cheese1/2 cup Iceberg Lettuce torn into strips
Directions
Arrange the lettuce at the bottom of a personal sized bowl. Scoop the Cottage Cheese onto the lettuce. Cut up the peach slices over the top. Add a fork.

Pair with a tall glass of Iced Tea and enjoy.
