Ingredients
1 tsp. olive oil (I use extra virgin)1 clove of garlic, thinly sliced2 Cups of spinach leaves (baby ones works best)1 tsp. lemon juice, or juice from one wedge1 Cup of already cooked pasta (angel hair works best)1 Cup cut up fresh mushrooms6 to 8 medium already cooked shrimp
Directions
In a 10" skillet (this seems to work the best) heat up the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook over medium heat, stirring quite often until the garlic is softened. This may be about 30 seconds. Then you add in the mushrooms and cook for a few seconds and then add the shrimp and cook until warmed through. Add your spinach and toss it all gently until the spinach looks wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Then sprinkle the lemon juice on and then add your cooked pasta. Keep tossing lightly until heated through. Maybe 1-2 minutes more.

You can add cut up grape tomatoes, cut up zucchini, depends on what kind of mood you are in, hence the name I gave this recipe.
