1 large egg3/4 cup skim milk1/4 cup white flour1/4 cup wheat flour1 t canola oil
Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Pour into a small nonstick skilled heated to medium high heat. Cook until edges are done. Flip carefully then cook other side until set. Enjoy stuffed with bananas or other fruit.
