Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 hard boiled egg, chopped Members Mark Chunck Chicken Breast, 32 ounce can Apples, fresh, 1/2 small (2-1/2" dia) dicedOnions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Pickle Relish, 1 tbsp Fit & Active Light Mayonnaise, 1/4 cup
Directions
Mix all ingrediences together. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Can be eated as a sandwich on low calorie bread or on low calorie crackers.
