Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb chicken (approximately 2 breast halves)1/4 cup Greek Yogurt1/4 cup Seasoned Italian Bread Crumbs1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1 Tbsp Chili Powder4 slices (1oz each) Provolone Cheese1 cup Spaghetti sauce (of choice)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*.

Combine chili powder, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs together. Dip chicken in the yogurt to coat then dip in the crumbs, pressing to coat the whole chicken piece. Bake in 350* oven for 30 minutes. Pour spaghetti sauce evenly (about 1/4 cup per 4oz chicken) on breasts and cover with 1 slice provolone cheese. Bake for 5 minutes longer.

Makes 4, 4oz servings of chicken.
