Healthy Tuna Wrap

Ingredients
whole wheat, low carb tortillacanned tunamayomustardrelishcelerygrape tomatoes, cut upspinachbroccoli slaw
Directions
Drain tuna well then put into a small bowl. Combine tuna, mayo, mustard, and relish, mixing with a fork. Chop celery, put into tuna mixture. Cut up a few grape tomatoes, wrap in a paper towel to absorb moisture, then add to tuna. Mix again with a fork. Add a small handfull of fresh broccoli slaw, mix again. Lay out whole wheat tortilla on a plate. Add a few sprigs of broccoli slaw and fresh spinach in a thin layer on one side of the tortilla. Spoon the tuna mixture on the tortilla. Wrap tightly, eat, and enjoy!
