Shredded Taco Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients
2 Whole Wheat Tortillas2tbsp Fat-Free Refried Beans4oz Shredded Taco Chicken1/2 Cup Kraft 2% Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese2tbsp Light/Low-Fat Sour Cream2tbsp SalsaShredded Taco Chicken:1lb boneless, skinless chicken breast2 Cans Fat-Free Chicken Broth1 Pkg Taco Seasoning
Directions
Prepare Shredded Taco Chicken in crock pot for 3-4 hours prior to making quesadillas.
1. Place chicken in crock pot
2. Add 2 cans Fat-Free Chicken Broth
3. Stir in 1 Pkg Taco Seasoning
4. Cook on Low for at least 3 hours
5. Transfer Chicken to bowl
6. Shred with fork

Quesadilla Prep Directions:
1. Layer tortilla, refried beans, cheese, chicken, cheese, tortilla
2. Spritz medium size fry pan with Olivio Spray Butter
3. Transfer quesadilla to fry pan
4. Spritz top of quesadilla with Olivio Spray Butter
5. Cook on medium heat 5 minutes and flip
6. Cook on medium heat 5 minutes
7. Transfer to plate
8. Cut into quarters
9. Divide 2tbsp Light/Low-Fat Sour Cream & spread Sour Cream over top of quesadilla pieces
10. Divide 2tbsp Salsa & spoon over top of quesadilla pieces
