Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 cups long grain rice ( cooked to pkg. directions)1 cup chopped carrots1 can peas1 can bean sprouts1 cup green onions chopped2 eggs1/2 cup soy sauce1/4 canola oil
Directions
Cook rice to pkg. directions, let cool several hours. Drain peas and bean sprouts, set aside. In large fry pan or wok, heat oil, beat eggs and pour into oil, flip once and remove to plate. Saute carrots and garlic several minutes. Add cooled rice and stir fry about 10 min. add peas, sprouts, and onions. Stir well. Chop egg and add to rice. drizzle soy sauce and toss til heated through.
