Ground Turkey Risotto Goulash

Ingredients
ground turkey, cheese risotto, vegetables, black beans
Directions
Cook turkey, when red is gone, drain fat, then add everything else, including the sauce packet from the risotto, let it boil, then cover, lower temp and simmer for about 15 minutes.

For added flavor serve with light sour cream or nonfat yogurt. Remember to count sour cream/yogurt separately.

I believe this makes about 8 - 1 1/2 cup servings.
