6 oz Bison Steak10 inch Wheat Tortilla2 Tbls Fat Free Refried Beans1 oz Fat Free Kraft Cheddar Cheese1/4 cup Yellow Onion1/4 cup Green Bell PepperFranks Red Hot Sauce
Prepare Bison steaks however you like, grill, range top, broil, etc, until steak is done to your liking.
While the Bison is cooking sautee the onion and bell
pepper until tender.
Spread 2 tbls of Refried Beans onto your wheat tortilla along with 1 oz of Fat Free Kraft Cheddar Cheese.
When Bison steaks are done to your liking, let them rest for 5 minutes. Then cut into cubes and place onto the wheat tortilla, and top meat with the sauteed onion and bell peppers. Add Franks Red Hot Sauce to taste.
Wrap tortilla and ENJOY!!
