Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients
Pork Sirloin sliced; conrn starch'bixed vetetables, cremini mushrooms, lg onion; 4 tbs canolia oil, bean sprouts tamari sauce & chicken broth
Directions
mix 2 tbl spoons corn starch with sliced pork, set aside. Mix tamari sauce, chicken broth, and 1 tbl corn starch and set aside. Heat Wok to hight heat, add 1 tbl oil till hot, add onions, garlic and ginger; stir for a couple of minutes, empty into large bowl; add mixed vegetablesto wok, and mushrooms to pan with 1 tbl. oil and stir until lightly browned. Add to onions in large bowl. Reheat Wok, and 1 tbl oil until hot again and add pork in batches unit brown. All all back to wok. Add Tamari mix and bean sprouts and cook until tener; about 4 minutes. Serve with rice if wanted
