Homemade White Spelt Flour Pizza

Ingredients
2 1/4 tsp dried yeast/1 package1 cup warm water1 tsp. salt1 tsp. sugar2 Tbsp. canola/vegatable oil21/2 c. *White Spelt Flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F. Disolve yeast in warm water. Mix in salt, sugar and oil. Stir in Flour until well blended and dough forms about 20 stirs. Let rest 5 minutes. Spread dough on a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet. Size depends on how thin you like your crust. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread tomato sauce on top of crust. (I use plain sauce that my husband doctors up with spices). Top with cheeses and/or other toppings(will change calorie count). Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting with pizza cutter. Makes 8 servings.
*Sometimes I substitute half of the white spelt for Organic Spelt
