Zone Diet Turkey Sloppy Joe

20 oz lean ground turkey1 Tbsp + 1 tsp oil1 packet Simply Organic sloppy joe seasoning2c chunky pasta sauce(I use Jennie-O lean --not extra lean-- ground turkey, and equal parts of Whole Foods roasted veggie pasta sauce and Rising Moon Garlic & Chantrelle pasta sauce.)Make sure to serve with: 2 pieces of low-carb bread PER SERVING(I use Oroweat Whole Wheat Light bread.)Macronutrient breakdown:39.3% carbs, 30.8% protein, 29.9% fat
Cook the ground turkey in the oil until barely browned. In a bowl, mix the seasoning powder with the pasta sauces and add to the turkey. Simmer until desired consistency has been reached (maybe 20 minutes).
