Copycat Village Inn Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup 2% milk1 T. lemon juice1 egg1-1/2 T canola oil1-1/2 T. sugar1/2 cup wheat flour1/2 cup white flour1-1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Place first 4 ingredients in blender. Blend a few seconds then add the remaining ingredients. Pulse blend for a few seconds. Cook on hot griddle 350 degrees until golden brown.
