Caraway flatbread

Ingredients
3/4 cup soya powder protein1 teaspoon baking powder1 tablespoon ground flax seed1/4 teaspoon salt1/3 cup heavy cream1 tablespoon unsalted butter1 large egg white, lightly beaten3/4 teaspoon cracked caraway seeds1/2 teaspoon cracked black peppers1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
heat over 325f. In a medium bowl, combine the soya, baking, flax and salt and mix. Add the cream and butter melt and mix. Cover with plastic and put in the refrigerate for 15min. Take the dough, flatten into a pan of 1/16 inch thick and put back in the frige for 15min. Lightly brush dough with white eggs and sprinkle with caraway, pepper and garlic... Bake in the over for about 15min until golden brown.
