Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long) Kale, 1 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh, .5 cup, chopped Tomato (Roma- 1 tomato per serv), 1 serving Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb Pineapple, canned, .5 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

May use ice cubes for slushie-style smoothie
