Green Chili Burrito

Ingredients
1 - pork shoulder roast 3 Lbs. (trim all fat)1 - lg. Onion Diced fine5 - Garlic clovettes diced finely3 - small cans Campbells Cream of mushroom soup1 - Pkg. Flout tortillas (Low carb works great)1/2 Lb. grated Colby Jack Cheese
Directions
Dice pork shoulder up and start to brown in large pot. Once browned add onion and garlic stirring frequently. Once most of the water is cooked out of the meat add green chilies and Cream of Mushroom soup. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours on low stirring occasionally. Warm tortillas and roll cheese with aprox 1/4 cup of chili. Serve with Spanish Rice or Refried Beans.
