Low carb Peanut Butter Cookie

Ingredients
1 cup Smuckers all natural peanut butter1 cup or 48 tsp. splenda zero calorie sweetener1 large egg
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Mix the peanut butter, splenda, and egg together. Roll dough into walnut sized balls and place 2" apart. Dip a fork in more splenda and flatter the cookies crossways. Bake 9-10 minutes. Enjoy!
