Turkey Penne Bake

Ingredients
20 oz. ground turkey 93% fat7 oz. whole wheat penne3/4 cup fat free ricotta14.5 oz. diced tomatoes w/garlic, basil2 cups sliced mushrooms1 medium onion1 peppers1 cup 2% shredded italian cheese
Directions
Cook pasta as directed. Dice veggies, slice mushrooms and cook in skillet. Cook turkey separately, add garlic. Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and cooked veggies. Add ricotta and then spread into 13 X 9 pan for the oven. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top. Cook in 350 degree oven until warm and cheese melts.
