Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 6 oz (remove)Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia) (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long) (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)*Zuchini Squash 1 cup(124 g) includes skin, .5 cup (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 12 large (remove)Classico Italian Sausage, Peppers & Onions, 2.5 cup (remove)Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Hunt's Tomato Paste with Herbs & spices, 31.63 tbsp (remove)*Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 4 oz (remove)
Directions
makes approx. 10 1/2 cup servings
brown ground beef, add chopped vegetables and ground beef to tomato sauce, paste & water, stir well. Allow to simmer for three hours. Just before serving mix in the cream cheese
