Succotash Corn Chowder

Ingredients
Lima Beans, 3 cupYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 4 cup kernels Onions, dehydrated flakes, 0.25 cup Bay Leaf, 3 whole leaves Butter, unsalted, 1 stick Daisy Light Sour Cream, 16 tbsp
Directions
Soak beans over night. Drain, rinse, cook in slow cooker for approximately 6 hours on high. 1 lb of Lima Beans and 8 cups of water. Add a few bay leaves, and dehydrated onions while slow cooking the beans, (salt if desired). Once beans reach desired consistency, do not drain excess water. Add 4 cups of frozen sweet corn and 1 stick of butter. Continue to cook for another 30 minutes or until corn is done. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, serve, enjoy!
