large chicken breast (skinless/seasoned to your taste)vodka sauce (2 cups)onion (1/2 large)asparagus (4 spears cut)roma tomato (cut into pieces)whole wheat pasta (not figured into calories)
makes 4 servings, served over pasta (cooked separately and not mixed until served)
cut and saute' onions with garlic. cut tomato and asparagus. when onions are almost done, add cubed chicken pieces and cook through. add asparagus and tomato for about 2 minutes. add vodka sauce until heated. add whatever spices you like to kick it up. while chicken is cooking, add pasta to boiling water. serve sauce over one serving of whole wheat pasta (calories not included in this recipe)
