Frozen Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
4 large eggs1/4 cup almond milk3/4 cup veggie bacon1/4 cup diced onion1/4 cup green pepper1/2 cup frozen spinach2oz shredded dairy-free cheese12 6" corn tortillasWax paperFreezer bags
Directions
Spray large skillet w/ cooking spray. Beat eggs & milk together in a bowl & set aside. Saute "bacon", onions, pepper & spinach together. Cook until tender. Pour eggs mixture into skillet. Stir until cooked. Heat tortillas in microwave. Split scramble between 12 tortillas. Top w/ cheese. Roll into burritos. Wrap in wax paper & place in freezer bag. Freeze.

Heating Instructions: Remove 1 burrito from freezer. Microwave until heated through and cheese is melted.
