Cauliflower soup

Ingredients
Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 medium roughly choppedGarlic, 1 clove thinely diced Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large thinely dicedCauliflower, raw, 2 head, medium chopped (without the central stem)Salt, 0.5 tsp Curry powder, 0.5 tsp (optative)Pepper, black, 0.16 tsp Thyme, ground, 0.5 tspBasil, 0.5 tbspMarjoram, dried, 1 tsp Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken broth cubes 2Nutmeg, ground, 0.16 tsp (optative)
Directions
Melt the butter in a big sucepan, add the olive oil, the onion and garlic. Add celery and cauliflower and toss.
Add the rest of the seasonings and boil, lid off , for 5 minutes. Then add the water and the chicken broth cubes, when it boils again put lid and simmerfor 15 more minutes or till cauliflower is soft.
Put lid off and let it cool, then osterizer it in small poritones to form a soft and cramy pureƩ.
Reheat again , adding nutmeg if you wish.
