1/4 Cup Oatmeal1/4 Cup Egg Beaters1/4 Tsp baking powder2 TBS PB2 Powdered Peanut ButterReese's 100 calorie pack or any 100 Calorie Pack of your choiceArtificial Sweetener of your choice to taste
Mix ingredients. Pour into an 8" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. I make the pancakes ahead by adding all the dry ingredients for each pancake to a sandwich bag. Then, to prepare the pancake, I only have to add the egg beaters.
