Spinach & Feta Pasta Salad

1 Package Brown Rice Pasta (454 g)1 Package Spinach (10 oz)1 Cup fat free italian dressing2 oz light feta cheese, crumbled1 lemon, juiced1 cup grape tomatoes4 cloves minced garlic1/4 tsp black pepper
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Whisk together italian dressing, feta, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper.
Toss together pasta, spinach, tomatoes and dressing. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve chilled.
Makes 8 - 1 cup servings.
