Broiled or Baked Tilapia

Ingredients
tilapia filets, 4 oz eachgarlic, 1 clove for each filetsafflower or other oil, 1 tsp per filetcilantro, dried , .5 tbsp per filetpepper on each filet, as much as you desire
Directions
If fish is frozen, thaw. Place filets on baking or broiling pan. Coat each filet with oil. press a clove of garlic on each filet and spread around. Sprinkle pepper and cilantro on each filet. Broil 5-7 minutes for each 1/2 in of thickness.
