Apple Banana Bread

Ingredients
Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Egg white, 2 serving Unsweeted Apple Sauce, 0.5 cup Banana, fresh, 2 small choppedSalt, .50 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp 2 cups flour (whole wheat)Poppy Seed 1 tablespoonApple Pie Spice, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .50 tsp Apples, fresh, 3 medium finely chopped
Directions
Makes 12 servings in a loaf pan or 9 X 9 pan
Oven temp 350 degrees

Chop apples and set aside. In medium bowl mix together with mixer sugar, egg whites and apple sauce. Add salt, baking soda, flour, spices and poppy seeds. Mix well. Fold in apples and place in baking dish and bake as directed,
