Ingredients
1 Cup flour1 cup milk1 egg2 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Combine Flour and baking powder in one bowl. In another bowl combine milk, egg and vanilla. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir only until incorporated. Cook in frying pan at medium heat. Best served with real maple syrup or fresh fruit.
