Thai Lemon Basil Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken6 cloves garlic chopped2 tbs chopped green onion6 lg baby carrots chopped1 cup of mushrooms chopped4 tbs fresh lemon basil chopped2 tbs Braggs Liquid Aminos2 tbs lime juice1-2 tsp chili garlic sauce
Directions
Spray Wok with canola spray or other cooking spray. Stir-fry garlic over medium heat until it starts to brown (about 20-30 sec). Add ground chicken and cook until no longer pink. Add Braggs Liquid Aminos and chili garlic sauce. Cook meat in sauces for about 10 second before adding vegetables, basil, and lime juice. Continue to cook until basil wilts and mushrooms soften (about 5 min).

Serve with lettuce leafs to make wraps or over steamed rice.
