Big Salad

Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded Baby Carrots, raw, 6 medium *Avacado (1/2 of fruit) - MM, 1 serving Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large Radishes, 5 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) *Okra, Pickled (Talk O Texas) 2 ea, 1 serving *PC Pickled Hot Banana Pepper Rings, 30 gram(s) Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced *Croutons Texas Toast Cheese & Garlic, 4 tbsp
Directions
I make a bed of romaine then put all the other ingredients in different sections on top of the lettuce. You may also mix it all together but that is a preference and I don't like my foods co-mingling :) I dress it with just balsamic vinegar and nothing else.

The croutons to add a significant amount of calories and if you remove them you could trim off about 100 calories--however I have not been able to give them up yet.
