Coleslaw Done My Way

Ingredients
*Pearson Classic Shred Coleslaw Mix (16 oz bag), 16 oz (remove)*Mann's Broccolini, 85 gram (remove)*Green Onion/Scallions, 1 cup (remove)*Pineapple chunks Dole canned, 1 cup (remove)*Raisins, SunMaid California Golden Raisins 1/4 cup, 2 serving (remove)*Peanuts - Kirkland Roasted & Salted, 8 oz (remove)*Dannon Non Fat Plain Yogurt, 1 cup (remove)*Mayonnaise, Lite, Fred Meyer, 16 tbsp (remove)
Directions
In large bowl combine bagged coleslaw & broccolini mix, chopped scallions, 1 can pineapple chunks (w/1/3 cup juice), 1 cup raisins, 1 cup peanutes (or chopped walnuts). Stir to combine thoroughly.

In smaller bowl combine 1 cup plain yogurt w/ 1 cup lite mayo & pineapple juice. Pour over slaw mix and toss till all is coated. Chill before serving.

This made about 20 servings at a picnic...
