Very good flavor! Would be great with other combinations of vegetables, too. - 10/12/11

So good! I pan fried a small chicken breast to eat with it for dinner. Only put garlic salt + EVOO + pepper on the chicken...normally I would need a "sauce" or something of the like to add flavor to this dish but with just the veggies it was PERFECT! thanks for sharing. - 9/1/10

This was very good. Has anyone tried pairing it with a bean or grain and what was the final result? - 8/29/09

Loved it!!! And I never ate green tomatoes before in my life! Very, very tasty.

Just had to add to this, have made this 3 times and see making it as long as my neighbor's zucchini and my green tomatoes hold out! - 7/15/08
