Lemon Curry Baked Fish

6 Tilapia filets, 4-5 oz each2 tbsp Curry Powder2 tbsp Garlic Powder1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper1/2 tsp sea salt1 cup white rice flour1 1/2 Fleishman's Light MargarineJuice from 1 large lemon (about 1/4 to 1/2 cup lemon juice)
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Wash and dry tilapia filets
Season both sides of each fish fillet with curry powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper
Use strainer or flour sifter to coat each filet with rice flour on both sides
Spray cookie sheet with Pam non-stick spray
Place fillets on sheet and bake for 12 minutes
While fish is baking, melt 1 1/2 tbsp of margarine by placing in a glass bowl and microwaving for 30 seconds
Add juice of 1 lemon (aboiut 1/4 cup lemon juice)
Remove fish from oven and use spoon to drizzle lemon butter sauce over top
Serve immediately after sauce is fully dispersed
