I had quit making homemade pizza years ago when my kids were preschoolers. My crust was always soggy. I tried this recipe with my younger son who is now in high school. We used tomato paste since we didn't have sauce. It was very good. Not soggy at all. He wants to do this again. - 10/9/10

Amazing crust! My husband's new favorite. I did add a tiny bit of basil, oregano and garlic powder the second time I made it and loved it even more. This is now my "go-to" recipe for pizza night! - 2/10/14

This is good and I have been looking for one that does not have yeast in it.. - 8/3/17

Don't know what I did wrong, followed it exactly as stated. The crust was limp & not browned. My cheese burned before the pizza was done. My go-to recipe uses yeast & I parbake the crust for 10 minutes and then add my toppings and bake for another 10. Perhaps I will try again & parbake the crust - 3/25/16

Used this to make empanadas, just added onion powder a few black pepper. My picky eaters loved it. Thanks for sharing!!

really good for instant home made instant pizza. my son liked the crust so much he asked me to make the last piece of crust as a dessert, so for the last crust, i baked it in the stove double pan to brown it a bit, then topped it with butter, fruit cream and some cheese. - 12/27/14

Almost every pizza dough recipe I make turns out too doughy or sticks to the pan. This turned out just right, completely cooked through and a little crispy. I added herbs and spices to the dough recipe for more flavor. This recipe will be used a lot in the future. - 11/7/14

I quite enjoyed it - although it is more like pastry in taste and texture, so if you think you'd be fine with that then give it a go! - 4/16/13

Seriously AMAZING! My boyfriend, roommate, and I made this crust with meatballs, carrots, broccoli, and chicken with a tomato paste tomato soup sauce and we ate two whole pizzas in one sitting. Defiantly using this crust recipe for future pizzas. - 2/6/13
