Ingredients
6 Hard Boiled Eggs2 Tbsp Mayo2 Tbsp India (Sweet) Pickle RelishSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Hard boil 6 eggs. Cool and chop. Place chopped eggs in bowl and stir in mayo, relish, salt and pepper. Serve on bread or with lettuce.
