Roasted Broccoli with Garlic

Ingredients
Head of Broccoli cut into 5" long spears5 Cloves of Garlic cut into thin slices4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Tsp. Sea Salt1 Tsp. Pepper
Directions
Combine ingrediants in large mixing bowl. Stir until broccoli is throroughly mixed and broccoli is coated with oil.

Broccoli Spears evenloy onto cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Cook 10-15 minutes (until ends of broccoli are brown)
