Blackberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients
Cake1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 1/2 cups sugar3 egg whites1 cup light sour cream1 tsp vanilla2 cups all-purpose flour1 tsp baking soda2 cups frozen blackberries, thawedTopping1/2 cup packed brown sugar1 tbs all-purpose flour1 tsp cinnamon1 tbs butter, softened
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream applesauce and sugar together.
Beat in egg whites.
Mix in sour cream and vanilla.
Mix flour and baking soda together.
Mix in flour mixture.
Stir in blackberries.
Turn into a sprayed 9 x 13 baking pan.
Mix the topping ingredients together until crumbly.
Sprinkle topping over the cake batter.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
Let cool.
Cut into 16 pieces and serve.
