BLT and more salad

Ingredients
3/4 cup croutonsl 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes1 clove garlic, minced1/2 red sweet pepper, chopped1/2 green pepper, chopped1 tbsp. fresh basil1 tbsp. fresh parsley1 small cucumber, chopped6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and diced1/4 cup olive oil2 tbsp. red wine vinegar1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Microwave bacon and chop. Chop veggies and mix with seasonings , oil and vinegar. Chop lettuce and put in separate bowl. To serve, put lettuce on plate, top with veggie mixture, add croutons and bacon. 3 generous servings
