Tuna Melt

Ingredients
1 can (5 oz) White Albacore Tuna in Water1 Tbs sweet pickle relish2-1/2 Tbs lite mayo4 slices bread1 Tbs margarine2 slices American cheese
Directions
Combine tuna, mayo, and relish. Mix well.

Lightly butter bread slices on one side. Top the bread slices, buttered side down, with tuna mixture, half slice of cheese, and top with remaining bread slice, buttered side up.

Cook in skillet until lightly browned on both sides.

Makes 4 servings.
