Oregano Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts2 TBSP Dijon mustard1/2 C. bread crumbs2 TBSP Parmesan cheese2 tsp garlic salt1 TBSP dried oregano
Directions
coat chicken in mustard. mix all dry ingredients. roll chicken in crumbs. bake on top of a cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet (so it gets crispy on all sides). Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done. makes 4 servings.
