This sounds easy to make and good to eat for an occasional sweet snack. I am going to try this...thanks - 9/1/10

I tried this one with egg beaters instead of eggs. It was excellent, only 22.5 calories each. I took them to a get together with some friends and they all loved them. I think a dab of pie filling on top would be great too and make them look beautiful. - 10/8/10

I make these and they are wonderful. I leave the vanilla wafer whole and it sticks together a little better. Use liquid eggs if want. - 9/1/10
