Chicken with Roastes Tomatoes and Oregano Salsa

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil2 tablespoons basil2 cloves garlic1/2 tea rosemary1/2 tea oregano1/4 tea salt1/4 tea thyme4 chicken breasts3 tomatoes1 tablespoon olive oil1/2 tea salt1/4 tea pepperonionsmall jalapeno1 tea garlic1 tablespoon oregano
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients and marinate at least 30 minutes.

Spread tomatoes on tray drizzle with oil. Add salt and pepper. Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 400 until lightly browned. Combine tomatoes, onion, jalanenos, garlic and oregano in a bowl. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and cook 5 minutes reduce heat and flip and add leftover marinade to pan. Cook 5 minutes. Reduce heat and cover chicken. Cook 10 minutes. Top with salsa and serve immediately.
