Smoothie Soy Milk

1 cup soy milk 6 oz yogurtsmall banana or 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit1/2 cup multigrain cheerios1/4 cup ice chips
Directions
Blend ingredients. Add 1/4 cup ice chips to thicken.
If using frozen fruit, do not add ice chips.
