Low Fat Rueben Makeover

Ingredients
Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, small (4" dia)Cut in halfThousand Island Salad Dressing, low calorie, 1 tbsp halvedTurkey breast meat, 4 slices halvedSauerkraut, .25 cup halvedDill Pickles, 1 slice cholled and halved Swiss Cheese, Reduced Fat, 1 oz cut in half
Directions
Spread 1/2 of dressing in halved pita. Place one half of all incredients in each half. Heat a non stick skillet and warm until cheese melts. Serve with a salad for lunch. Enjoy.
