Cran-Apple Roasted Pork

4 Pork chops or tenderloins trimmed of fat2 Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored and sliced thick1 Can Cranberry Sauce1/2 Cup Apple Juice2 tsp Apple Cider1 Tbsp Brown Sugar2 tsp Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place pork loins in roasting pan.
In bowl place cranberry sauce, apple juice, apple cider, brown sugar and cinnamon and mix with a blender until flavors are blended. Then stir in apple slices and pour all over the pork and evenly distribute apples. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered, then cover with foil and bake @ 350 degrees for 10-20 more minutes depending on thickness of chops. Serve with favorite sides.
