Hummus Soup

Ingredients
2 c chicken (or vegetable) broth1 c water (or liquid from cooking chickpeas)1.5 c hummus2 c chickpeas1 tbsp Olive Oil1 tbsp parsleysalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Pour broth, water and hummus into stock pot. Bring to a boil, stirring often to incorporate hummus. Add chickpeas, olive oil, parsley and spices (try cayenne pepper sometime - yum!). You can also add 1-2 tbsp of lemon juice - VERY good! Cover and boil 10 minutes.

Serve hot.
