Ingredients
1 cup nonfat milk4 cup water1 cup steel cut oats1/2 cup quinoa, rinsed well1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/3 cup brown sugar1/2 cup pumpkin
Directions
Add milk, oats, quinoa, 1.5 tsp of spice to crockpot. Cook on low for 6-7 hours (overnight). Add remaining spice, brown sugar, and pumpkin. Serves 5 (around 300 grams per serving).
